The sale prices of products sold on the editions-leconte.fr website are all tax included and are guaranteed subject to change under the French VAT rate. Any change in this rate will then be reflected immediately in our prices.

These prices do not include freight, packaging and customs clearance (for exports) and are only valid for mail orders.

A detailed invoice will be sent with your package. The indicated amount of VAT provides an opportunity for professionals to recover it.
To place your orders safely, editions-leconte.fr has partnered with SOCIETE GENERALE and Paypal. Finally, we guarantee that editions-leconte.fr does not collect at any moment your credit card details, which are encrypted by the security system Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Delivery

Modes of delivery: editions-leconte.fr delivers its products in Metropolitan France, Overseas Departments, Overseas Territories, Monaco and abroad.

Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer while ordering. In case of error on the recipient's address label, Edtions Leconte SA cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the order.

Delivery Date

Your order will be prepared in the 72 hours following the order confirmation. Editions Leconte S.A. commits to deliver to the customer in the delays indicated before the order confirmation, provided that they may subject to regulation.

In the case of a late delivery of more than 10 working days, if the product has not been shipped, the customer can cancel the order by certified mail with an acknowledgement of receipt and can request a refund of the order. If the item was shipped prior to the reception of the cancel request due to a late delivery of more than 10 days, Editions Leconte S.A. will provide a refund for the item and its return shipping cost given that upon its return, the item is fully intact in its original state with its labels attached.

Editions Leconte SA commits to inform the customer of changes during the process of his/her order and cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, such as strikes.

Delivery Tracking

The delay of the average delivery is 48 to 72 hours given the destination. The order will be shipped in a Colissimo package sized accordingly. As soon as your package is handled by the Post Office, you will be able to track your package at any moment on the site www.csuivi.courrier.laposte.fr for a large letter, or www.coliposte.net for a Colissimo package using your package's tracking number available on your account online in the details and tracking of your order or using the number sent by email in your order confirmation.

If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left by the Post Office, allowing you to go pick up the package from your nearest Post Office.
